Glossostigma elatinoides
A well-known marsh plant from Australia, Glossostigma elatinoides rose to fame during the 1980's thanks to Takashi Amono. It is now a global phenomenon and frequently found in aquariums arranged in the aquascaping style. For successful cultivation, intense lighting and a proper CO2 supply are necessary. Plant tweezers are ideal for bedding fragile shoots; simply divide the potted plant into pieces, then plant each several centimeters apart.
